88pts Wine Spectator Issue May 15, 2007 Very solid, with winey currant and blackberry fruit backed by notes of grilled herb, briar, tobacco and mineral. The finish is juicy.
87pts Stephen Tanzers Wine Cellar 2007 Red-ruby. Aromas of dark raspberry, spicecake, licorice and mint. Round, sweet and lush, with clean, moderately intense fruit and spice flavors. Finishes with fine, building tannins and flavors of dark berries and spice. A tad fleshier than the 2004 cabernet under the same label. |
