Pale yellow. Stone fruits, honey, smoky oak and a tropical fruit element that smells almost like a touch of botrytis. Rich and silky, with suave use of spicy, vanillin oak and a continuing exotic note to the stone fruit flavors. Round but not heavy or outsized, and persistent on the aftertaste. 89 pts Wine Spectator 5/31/09
A ripe, toasty style, with fig, brioche and pear tartine notes backed by a buttery finish. For fans of the style. Drink now.
