Bright, saturated ruby-red. Pungent aromas of cassis, mint, licorice, wild herbs and menthol. Juicy, brisk and on the lean side, with slightly green flavors of cassis, licorice and herbs. Finishes firmly tannic and youthful, with a hint of bitter chocolate. Still rather clenched for a 2006.
