Winemaker Notes

This wine has deep, bright ruby tones. On the nose are typical Cabernet notes like red fruits, pepper, spices and licorice. The palate tasted an entry filled with soft tannins but very present and with a final round. Thanks to natural thinning of the vineyard produced by low temperatures during the flowering season, fruits reached sweet and round tannins in harvest time providing a defined structure, fleshy, with a typical characteristic of the variety, capping a wine-colored intense, spicy aroma and delicate floral notes.
