A full-bodied chardonnay with vanilla, praline, lemon pie and apricots on the nose. Buttery with toasty spice and a tangy finish with good length.
Origin of the grapes: Finca La Encerrada, Gualtallary (1450 meters above sea level), Uco Valley, Mendoza.
Production Process: Cold maceration, pressing, and destemming. Alcoholic fermentation and aging on lees for 9 months in French oak barrels.
