Bosman’s Pinot Noir comes from a cooler, south-facing site between 170 and 330 metres that’s planted with a mixture of 115, 667 and 777 clones. Fermented with just 5% whole bunches for a grace note of spice, this is a light, elegant red showing wild strawberry and goji berry flavours and detailed, fine-grained tannins. 2023-28
A finely balanced medium-bodied wine best served slightly chilled with cured meats or seared tuna.
Vibrant purple heart with cerise rim. Rich, bright fresh berries, a slight earthiness and subtle spicy notes. Medium bodied palate where soft tannins contribute to a fine structure. A balanced wine with a lingering, memorable finish.
