Oct 2018 – This may not have the floral overtures of many of its Argentine brethren but this offers up deep berry tones accentuated with nicely integrated herbal notes on the nose. Medium fuller to fuller bodied, this is juicy and bursting with vibrant, spicy dark fruit flavors that take on light herbal notes carried over from the nose. Fresh, dark and deep with lively acidity, this is gently tannic, calling out for a grilled piece of meat that has a touch of fat to counter. This gains flesh and suppleness as it opens up. Showing well now this still has the structure to drink impressively over the next couple of years quite easily. This represents excellent value
