The aromatics are quite engaging offering an assortment of ripe white orchard fruit, apple and pear, as well as some gooseberry and a touch of green herbs meshed in, showcasing beautiful varietal characters. The palate is juicy and quite rich, with good viscosity that gives it a lightly creamy textural feel, with some salinity and herbal notes chiming in along with the requisite acidity keeping everything focused, driving this to an impressive, lingering finish. This is an excellent value from of one Chile’s top Sauvignon Blanc producers.

Plush, with juicy energy to the ripe apple, pear and gooseberry flavors. Creamy midpalate, leading to a finish that lingers with dried green herbal notes. Drink now. 10,000 cases made, 4,000 cases imported.—K.M.
90 Points James Suckling – Grapefruit and a hint of freshly cut strawberry character here. A little light after the mid-palate. Very easy and approachable. Drink now. Screw cap.
All fruit was sourced from our own vineyard – located within the coolest, westernmost reaches of the Casablanca Valley. A blend of three different clones of Sauvignon Blanc (70% clone 1, 20% clone 242 and 10% clone 107) from mostly ungrafted vines planted between 1993 and 2012. Most of the vineyards are grown on the sandy soils on the valley floor, complemented with some fruit from the hillsides, lending some extra body.
Pale straw with green reflections. This Sauvignon Blanc has elegant aromas of citrus fruit, boxwood and a hint of white flowers as well as Casablanca’s signature note of jalapeño.
In the mouth the wine is dry and crisp, with clean, citrusy flavours and refreshing acidity. Finishes long.
