2019 Leeuwin Siblings Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent example of the high quality you can expect from this winery, and a perfect fit for the warmer months when you are looking for something that is all things summer related. Along with the addition of 7% Semillon, 30% of the wine was barrel fermented, which gives it an engaging textural feel and plays perfectly off of the wines crisp, finish.

THE SMART BUY Classic lifted, pungent aromas of freshly cut grass and
herbs, with an exotic lemongrass twist. These follow through on the lively palate,
joined by mouthwatering lemon, lime and grapefruit with a pop of pea pod. A barrel fermented and lees-aged component (30%) and splash of Semillon (7%) enhances structure and texture, with talc and asparagus nuances. Versatile and food friendly.

Fresh and succulent, with complex and generous flavors of peach, dried pineapple and lemon sherbet. The finish is crisp and harmonious.

In typical Leeuwin style, this Sauvignon is approachable—but not simple—textural and exuberant. Ripe and fruity, it bursts from the glass with aromas of peach, pineapple and lemon, backed by grass and white spice, particularly as it warms in glass. The slippery palate shows off more lemon peel and white pepper flavors, with a citrusy zing right through to the finish.

This has a bright array of fresh peaches and melon with more tropical notes, too. The palate offers a sleek, crunchy feel with vibrant, attractively focused fruit flavors.
Energy on the nose with lime, gooseberry and lemon. Higher citrus blossom notes work within lime leaf, Thai basil and fennel bulb. Sweeter, yet savory spice notes of cardamom, galangal and chamomile offer subtle complexity. A clean, fresh and vibrant palate featuring punchy native finger limes, cut lemons and guava, which layers between subtle texture and diligent oak through the mid palate with commendable length and a defined acid structure.
