Lost Boy Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

No one’s ever found a hidden gem by following the crowd. This cool-climate Cabernet breaks all the rules of the classic varietal. Full bodied, fruity, with a silky foundation of tannin and spice; it’s a must-try for any red wine enthusiast. Only 500 bottles produced.

Harvested on the 27th of March, 2020 on a chilly, cloudy day at 23.6 degrees balling. Grapes were de-stemmed (not crushed) and moved to closed, stainless steel fermenter and inoculated with a Bordeaux style yeast.
