Pinot Meunier is rarely seen in New Zealand, especially on its own, but it works brilliantly for rosé. It’s bright and fruity, bouncing with strawberry, watermelon and a stalky, white spice note. There’s oodles of acidity on the palate and ripe, fleshy red berries. It’s a refreshing little number, with tingly fruit right to the finish.
Proudly 100% Pinot Meunier. Pale Provençal Pink, this light to medium bodied Rosé has a perfumed nose of pomegranate and citrus.
The lick of residual sugar accentuates the fruit flavours which are teased out through the wine by the juicy citrusy acidity. A saline note which speaks of our coastal proximity, stretches the wine out to a long dry finish.
