The nose offers spice and light tea leaf notes to the dark cherry fruit aromatically. Medium fuller bodied this has good depth and fruit weight to the dark cherry and plum fruit flavors while the tannins are finer grained giving enough tension on the back end to bring this to a lengthy conclusion with a touch of spice chiming in as well. Although this is drinking beautifully as we speak this has the structure to show well for a good number of years. This is an exceptional value.
