The 2019 Tinpot Hut Sauvignon Blanc is loaded with lifted tropical fruit aromas on the nose, grapefruit and passion fruit along with a hint of lemongrass and a light herbal element chiming in. Clean and focused in the palate, this medium bodied white is refreshingly vibrant and elegant with flavors of passion fruit and grapefruit that lead to a dry, lingering mineral tinged finish. Drinking spot on as we speak this should show well over the next couple of years.
