About this Wine
A very pure and honest expression of cool-climate Syrah from Elgin. Black fruit flavours underpinned by elegant spice and black pepper. Medium-bodied with good freshness, structure and persistence. This Syrah was fermented with 50% whole-bunches in small vessels and underwent 13 months of maturation in second fill French oak barrels
