Fresh-cut grass, green gooseberry and plum aromas form the bouquet of this bright-smelling white. The palate is light on its feet and vibrant in more tart green-fruit characteristics that carry through to the punchy, mouth-watering finish. It’s a pleasant if not slightly puckering pour now, but should drink well from 2023.
Beautiful notes of lime, passion fruit and green figs excite on first impression, these follow up closely on the palate, with more tropical fruits and a hint of freshly cut grass. Beautifully light and textured, leaving you longing for another sip.
Grapes are picked in the early hours of the morning and transported to the cellar. De-stemmed and crush to strainers for skin contact between 2h and 12h depending on the acidity levels. After pressing the juice is transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation at cold temperatures to promote aromatics. After fermentation the wine is kept on the lees for a short period of time to retain the beautiful aromatics, blended and bottled early August.
