Feb 2018 – A little over 300 cases of this wine were produced. This is very clean with nice precision to its fruit. There is a light touch of spice to the aromatics along with some lees complexity, with cut apples and citrus along with stone fruit/peaches. The palate is medium to medium fuller bodied, showcasing engaging fruit purity with tangy apple and stone fruit, peach/nectarine flavors nuanced with a light spice note all carried on a stream of embedded acidity that brings this to juicy, but dry conclusion. This should age for a number of years and is a perfect match for all kinds of lighter fare, which works perfect with the wine’s lower alcohol (12.5%), acidity and clean fruit flavors. With some bottle age this will gain added flesh.

Light bright yellow. Lively, mineral-accented Meyer lemon, pear and nectarine aromas slowly take on a floral nuance. Sappy and focused on the palate, offering lively citrus and pit fruit flavors that deepen on the back half. In a lively style, finishing with very good energy and mineral cut. — Josh Raynolds
